The role requires hands-on expertise with automated mass spec systems and collaboration across chemistry and biology teams to drive data-informed decisions and pipeline support.

Qualifications

• PhD/MD/PharmD in proteomics or related field required or equivalent.
• Experience with high-throughput proteomics and LC-MS/MS platforms.
• Strong collaboration and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize high-throughput mass spectrometry proteomics workflows.
• Execute automated sample prep and LC-MS/MS analyses across assays.
• Collaborate with chemistry and biology teams as SME on proteomics.
• Analyze data to reveal mechanism of action and target engagement.
• Present findings and maintain detailed, reproducible documentation.
• Maintain organized records of experiments and protocols.
