Job summary

Quantum-Si is seeking a Senior Field Application Scientist to support sales and customers as the technical product and application expert. The role reports to the Senior Director, Field Applications and Services and requires an entrepreneurial work ethic with a strong proteomics background and excellent communication and presentation skills.

You will work closely with sales, product management, market development, and marketing to lead technical discussions, onboarding, and training, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field is required.
• Graduate degree preferred but not required with extensive lab experience.
• Experience in proteomics or mass spectrometry is essential.

Responsibilities

• Master protocols, applications, and troubleshooting for all Quantum-Si products.
• Understand proteomic applications and how products meet market needs.
• Lead pre-sales meetings, seminars, and product evaluations.
• Communicate technical details of product lines and applications.
• Participate in technical discussions during pre-sales with customers.
• Draft experimental plans and demo reports for evaluations.
• Manage onsite and remote onboarding and training of products.
• Provide technical support and drive instrument utilization with customers.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and marketing.
