Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• Masters/PhD preferred if 5+ years lab experience.
• Experience in proteomics, protein biology, or mass spectrometry.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in proteomics product lines.
• Lead pre-sales meetings and product evaluations.
• Onsite and remote customer onboarding and training.
• Support sales with technical collateral and seminars.
• Drive instrument utilization and manage technical support cases.
