Qualifications

• PhD or MS with substantial proteomics experience.
• Hands-on experience developing and applying LC-MS/MS proteomics workflows.
• Strong understanding of proteomics sample prep, LC, MS instrumentation and data analysis.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across North America.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Educate and consult customers on our products and workflows (experimental design, sample prep, LC-MS workflows, data quality assessment, interpretation).
• Troubleshoot workflow challenges and recommend best practices.
• Deliver customer training via on-site visits, virtual meetings, workshops, and seminars.
• Partner with Account Managers to understand research objectives and provide scientific expertise.
• Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Plan and support evaluations, proofs-of-concept, and workflow implementations.
