Job summary

P2S Inc. in Seattle, WA seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead planning, development, and delivery of proposals and qualifications packages for our professional engineering, commissioning, and construction management services firm.

You will partner with firm leadership, market leaders, project managers, and technical staff to craft client-focused, compliant submissions that support growth. Strong proposal leadership and team management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, English, Public Relations, or related field.
• 5+ years in marketing and proposal management in professional services.
• 2+ years of staff management experience.
• Experience leading complex, high-value proposals.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes (public/private).
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication.
• Strong project management and organization.
• Advanced InDesign and Microsoft Office; Hubspot/OpenAsset/Asana a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pursuit process for RFQs, RFPs, SOQs, interviews, and presentations.
• Develop pursuit schedules, matrices, compliance checklists, and production plans.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, strategy sessions, and proposal reviews.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop win themes, differentiators, and client-focused messaging.
• Manage proposal development from opportunity identification through final submittal.
• Review solicitation requirements and establish submission strategies that maximize compliance and competitiveness.
• Oversee final quality assurance and quality control reviews prior to submission.
• Ensure all submittals are completed accurately, professionally, and on schedule.
• Coach presenters and support interview preparation.
• Analyze client priorities to enhance proposal responsiveness.
