Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital in Duluth, GA is seeking a Senior Proposal Lead to own the end-to-end lifecycle of high-value bids in the infrastructure technology sector, with latitude to shape strategy and drive growth for a top-tier brand.

Responsibilities include leading development, submission, and reviews of complex proposals (RFPs/RFQs/RFIs); collaborating with legal, product, and sales to craft win themes; mentoring the proposal team; and ensuring compliance and quality throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional proposal teams on complex, high-value bids.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or international equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Expert-level proposal writing, editing, storytelling, and executive-level communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive strategic thinking, risk analysis, and cross-functional leadership without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, submission, and review of complex, high-value proposals (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, product, and sales to develop competitive win themes and differentiate the brand.
• Own the entire proposal lifecycle from initial receipt through delivery, ensuring compliance and quality control.
• Mentor proposal team members and lead presentation coordination for crucial business pursuits.
