Job summary

Caddell Construction seeks a Senior Proposal Manager to lead and coordinate response development for owner RFPs. You will work with the Proposal Development Group, Estimating, design partners, and subcontractors to assemble compelling submissions.

The role requires strong writing, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration, with office-based responsibilities and occasional travel. Competitive compensation aligns with experience and market norms.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma/GED with five years in professional business writing.
• Four-year degree in related field and two years of proposal writing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes RFP documents and prepares Caddell response.
• Defines and manages deliverables with JV partners, design team, and key subcontractors.
• Collaborates with estimators, operations, and field/home-office staff to gather data.
• Establishes internal due dates for proposal requirements.
• Confer with Directors to select appropriate projects and personnel.
• Maintains proposal files on a shared server.
• Maintains records in company database software.
• Assists CPARS evaluations, subcontracting stats, safety stats and finances.
• Prepares for and leads proposal debriefs with clients.
• Assists training of new Proposal Development Group staff.
• Performs additional tasks per supervisor's direction.
