Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of professional business writing experience.
• Four-year degree in a related field; two years proposal writing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes RFP documents and prepares Caddell response.
• Collaborates with joint venture partners, design team partners, and subcontractors to define and manage deliverables.
• Gathers information from estimators, operations personnel, and field/home office staff for proposals.
• Establishes internal due dates for proposal requirements.
• Discusses project selection with Director of Proposal Development and Director of Estimating.
• Maintains proposal files on a shared server and records in the company database.
• Assists with CPARS evaluations, subcontracting statistics, safety metrics, and financial data.
• Prepares for and leads proposal debriefs with clients.
• Supports training of new Proposal Development Group members.
• Performs other assignments per supervisor's direction.
