You will lead end-to-end pursuit activities, manage tight deadlines, and collaborate with executives to craft persuasive narratives that win contracts.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience writing, coordinating, and managing RFPs/proposals in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior writing, editing, and storytelling with attention to tone and detail.
• Strong project leadership and ability to manage deadlines with senior stakeholders.
• Proficient with RFP management software and procurement portals, CRM platforms, and formatting.
• Relevant degree (Communications, Business, Marketing or English) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Opportunity Sourcing & Pipeline Management: identify and surface strategic RFPs, RFIs and RFQs.
• Go/No-Go Evaluation: assess requirements against capabilities to inform pursuit decisions.
• Pipeline Ownership: manage proposal calendar and submission deadlines across stakeholders.
• Persuasive Writing: draft compelling, client-focused narratives.
• Subject Matter Collaboration: translate complex solutions with internal experts into client-ready proposals.
• Content Asset Management: curate a library of reusable assets, case studies, and compliance docs.
• Project Management: lead kickoff meetings, assign sections, and monitor reviews.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: ensure 100% compliance with RFP requirements and formatting.
• Final Delivery: format, proofread, and submit through portals.
