AECOM is seeking a Proposal Specialist III to lead transportation proposals, coordinating with the West marketing team and support staff. You will oversee major proposals from pre-RFP positioning through interviews, ensuring high-quality, compliant submissions.

The role involves leadership in pursuit strategy, writing and editing resumes and past performance, and collaboration across technical and BD teams to win contracts.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years managing design proposals or equivalent experience.
• Strong proposal strategy development, compliance, and writing skills.
• Knowledge of marketing best practices and tools; proficient with Creative Cloud.

Responsabilidades

• Lead responses to client RFIs/RFPs and manage proposal production.
• Coordinate with BD staff to develop submittals and past performance content.
• Ensure bid compliance and timely delivery of print and electronic proposals.
• Provide editing and resume/past performance customization for proposals.
• Support go/no-go analyses and capture planning as needed.
