Qualifications

• 5+ years of proposal development and production experience.
• Excellent writing, editing, organization, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Collaborative, client-focused approach and ability to work independently.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support proposals and qualification packages from planning through submission.
• Interpret solicitation requirements, manage schedules, and coordinate input across teams.
• Write, edit, and format clear, compelling content that meets client requirements and brand standards.
• Support pursuit strategy, opportunity reviews, go/no-go decisions, and interview presentations.
• Maintain pursuit records, marketing databases, and organized proposal files.
• Monitor relevant sources for new opportunities and share leads with the team.
