MYR Group is seeking a Proposal Specialist to join our Marketing and Business Development team, supporting district offices across the U.S. and western Canada with high-quality pre-qualification submittals, proposals, and marketing collateral.

The role requires leading proposal development, editing content, coordinating with subject-matter experts, and ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of proposals (RFPs) and SOQs with marketing, business development, and operations.
• Write, proofread, and edit proposal content including cover letters, overviews, resumes, project descriptions, graphics, and charts.
• Lead team kick-off calls, outline proposals, gather information from subject matter experts, and meet deadlines.
• Support proposal submittals and printing/production when required.
• Develop and update presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Archive/store information to maintain internal data accuracy.
