AKS Engineering & Forestry, LLC is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead high-impact proposals and manage the full lifecycle from go/no-go to production. You will collaborate with project managers, technical staff, and marketing professionals to craft compelling content.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in A/E/C proposals, strong writing and editing skills, and experience with InDesign and CRM systems. This role supports growth across AKS offices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proposal experience in A/E/C industry.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Ability to translate technical content into persuasive messaging.
• Organized and able to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of proposals, statements of qualifications, and roster submittals that win work.
• Manage the full proposal lifecycle from go/no-go decisions to content creation, editing, layout, and final production.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical staff, and marketers to gather information and meet deadlines.
• Track and interpret RFPs/RFQs to ensure compliance and highlight differentiators.
• Support interview strategy and preparation, including development of presentation materials.
• Maintain and update marketing content in our CRM (Unanet-Cosential).
