You will partner with technical teams, coordinate content and graphics, and lead interviews and presentations while advancing growth within the Strategic Growth Team.

Responsibilities

• Lead standard and complex proposals with strategy sessions, kick-offs and schedules.
• Research, write, edit, and produce proposal content focused on clarity and compliance.
• Coordinate with graphics, vendors, and subcontractors for materials.
• Partner with technical, pursuit, and client teams to shape strategies and messaging.
• Organize strategy meetings to align priorities and win themes.
• Lead pursuit presentations, coaching and graphics coordination.
• Maintain sales collateral, resumes, project descriptions, and BD databases.
• Support regional communications activities and social media as needed.
• Use technology to improve sales, BD, and client engagement.
