Caddell Construction is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead response efforts for owner RFPs in Woodstock, GA area. You will coordinate with design teams, estimators, and field staff to gather information and deliver high-quality proposals.

The role emphasizes scheduling discipline, stakeholder management, and document control, with opportunities to participate in training and process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma/GED and five years experience in professional business writing.
• Four-year degree in related field and two-years of proposal writing experience preferred.
• Excellent command of English; ability to meet deadlines and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Analyzes RFP documents and prepares Caddell response.
• Works with joint venture partners, design team partners, and subcontractors to define and manage deliverables for proposals.
• Collaborates with estimators, operations, and field/home office personnel to gather information for proposals.
• Establishes internal due dates for proposal requirements to ensure timely review by stakeholders.
• Confers with Director of Proposal Development and Director of Estimating to determine projects and personnel for inclusion.
• Maintains proposal files on a shared server and in company databases.
• Supports CPARS, subcontracting stats, safety metrics, and company financial information as needed.
• Prepares for and leads proposal debriefs with clients; assists training of new staff.
• Performs additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
