Caddell Construction seeks a Proposal Manager to analyze RFPs, coordinate with joint venture partners, and develop winning proposal content. You will work with estimators, operations, and home/offices staff to assemble comprehensive proposals and maintain records in company databases.

Responsibilities include leading proposal debriefs, training new staff, and ensuring deadlines are met, with a primarily office-based role and minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma/GED.
• 10 years of experience in professional business writing or proposal development.
• Four-year degree and five years of proposal development experience preferred.
• Federal government proposal development also preferred.
• Salary range specified in job posting and compensation discussed during application.

Responsabilités

• Analyze RFP documents and prepare Caddell response.
• Coordinate with joint venture and design team partners to define deliverables.
• Gather information with estimators and operations to develop proposals.
• Establish internal due dates for proposal requirements.
• Coordinate with Director of Marketing and Proposals and business-unit leaders.
• Maintain proposal files on a shared server.
• Manage records in the company database software.
• Support CPARS evaluations, subcontracting statistics, safety stats, and financial data.
• Prepare for and lead proposal debrief conversations with clients.
• Assist with training of new proposals personnel.
• Perform additional tasks per supervisor's direction.
• Working conditions: office setting, minimal travel, full-time.
• Reporting structure: Director of Proposals.
