Job summary
Amentum is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager for the Enterprise Proposal Center to lead compliant, competitive proposals for government RFPs and RFIs. The role demands organizing the proposal process from kickoff through delivery, aligning with strategic objectives and ensuring adherence to government protocols.
You'll coordinate capture teams, SMEs, pricing, and partners, supervise Pink/Red Team reviews, and mentor junior staff while delivering high-quality proposals in a fast-paced
Qualifications
- Typically, 12+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree or 8+ years with Master's degree.
- Experience managing large-scale, complex federal proposals.
- Understanding of FAR and DFARS regulations.
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for on-site meetings.
Responsibilities
- Lead proposal development from kickoff to final delivery.
- Collaborate with capture managers, SMEs, pricing, and partners.
- Develop schedules, outlines, compliance matrices.
- Ensure RFP compliance and timely submission.
- Mentor junior proposal staff and lead reviews.
- Monitor status, risks, and post-submission debriefs.
