FlatironDragados is seeking an experienced Senior Proposal Manager in Atlanta to lead the proposal efforts for multiple project pursuits. You will organize documents, drive strategy, and ensure timely bid submittals with a one-voice approach across divisions.

You will train and mentor the proposal team, coordinate with JV partners and subcontractors, and develop the Proposal Work Plan to meet RFP requirements, while maintaining a marketing-quality document presentation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 8+ years' project pursuit experience in construction or engineering industry.
• 5+ years' experience as Proposal Manager.
• Willingness to travel 50-60% of the year for pursuit meetings and company proposal support.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Professional, Photoshop and InDesign; Deltek Vision.

Aufgaben

• Oversees the collection and creation of one or more project proposals, ensuring all required items of a pursuit request are included before the bid submittal deadline.
• Meets with internal clients to support pursuit strategy, including business development and pre-construction.
• Leads proposal strategy sessions and coordinates the compliance matrix for technical proposal documentation.
