Parkhurst Talent Group in Atlanta is seeking a Proposal Manager to own the content and quality of bid responses for a market leader in critical infrastructure services. This on-site role emphasizes narrative excellence and end-to-end bid management.

You will sharpen executive summaries and proposal narratives, collaborate with safety, quality, engineering, operations, and business development, and drive alignment while building a reusable content library for fast, high-volume bids.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years in proposal management or bid writing.
• Ability to convert technical input into clear narratives.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent bids and RFP processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the bid process end to end and track deadlines.
• Elevate executive summaries and narratives to clearly address customer requirements.
• Build reusable content library and collaborate with subject-matter experts.
• Coordinate across safety, quality, engineering, operations, and business development.
• Maintain version control and conduct post-submission reviews.
