Jobgether is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead strategic, high-value proposals for environmental and infrastructure projects across the United States. The role combines collaboration with technical experts, business development, and executives to craft persuasive, compliant submissions.

You will mentor proposal professionals, drive content improvements, and manage complex pursuits such as design-build and alternative delivery projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 10 years in proposal management in AEC.
• 3+ years in leadership role.
• Public-sector procurement knowledge required.
• California public agencies experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of complex, high-value proposals.
• Coordinate internal contributors and external partners.
• Organize kickoff meetings, progress reviews and QA sessions.
• Develop pursuit strategies, win themes and messaging.
• Align proposals with client priorities and project requirements.
• Conduct client and market research to strengthen positioning.
• Write, edit and tailor proposal content to client needs.
• Refine technical contributions for clarity and accuracy.
• Maintain content libraries of resumes and project descriptions.
• Mentor proposal staff and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee proposal reviews for compliance and quality.
• Identify and implement process improvements in proposals.
