Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the AEC industry or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience managing proposals, qualifications packages, and marketing responses.
• Experience with federal and commercial solicitations strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of proposal development processes and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development of complex proposals and responses.
• Develop proposal schedules, work plans, and production timelines.
• Lead proposal kickoff meetings and production reviews; assign tasks.
• Coordinate with technical staff, project managers, and marketing for content.
• Write, edit, and organize project descriptions, resumes, and narratives.
• Review information and translate technical material into clear content.
• Analyze solicitation requirements and ensure compliance.
• Maintain proposal calendars, deadlines, and approvals.
• Coordinate internal reviews and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure proposals meet client requirements and branding standards.
• Collaborate with graphic design and marketing for visual materials.
• Manage multiple proposals and deadlines with attention to detail.
