Job summary

Anchor QEA, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join the Client Experience Team. The role supports Proposal Managers and business development leaders in developing high-quality proposals and statements of qualification.

You will gather, organize, refine, and finalize proposal content, ensuring accuracy, consistency with our brand, and on-time delivery. The position requires collaboration across teams and strong formatting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in A/E/C or related field required.
• 2-3 years of relevant A/E/C experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and Adobe PDF/InDesign.
• Experience with SF330 submittals is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and formatting consistency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with proposal outlines, templates, and formats
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules and track deadlines
• Coordinate with teams to gather information and messaging
• Prepare and refine proposal content including resumes and standard info
• Format, proofread, and QC proposal documents for accuracy and brand alignment
• Coordinate document production and submission requirements
• Maintain proposal content and opportunity data in company systems
• Support business development efforts as needed
