Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of relevant A/E/C experience.
• Experience with preparing proposal outlines, templates, and formats that respond to client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing proposal outlines, templates, and formats that respond to client requirements and evaluation criteria
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules, track assignments, and support multiple deadlines
• Coordinate with proposal teams to gather information and incorporate pursuit messaging, content, graphics
• Prepare and refine proposal content including resumes, standard company information, project descriptions, and forms
• Format, proofread, and quality-check proposal documents for accuracy and brand alignment
• Coordinate document production, submission requirements, file organization, and closeout activities
• Maintain and update proposal content, resumes, project descriptions, and opportunity information in company systems
• Support company-wide business development efforts as needed
