Layton Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to craft compelling proposals and marketing materials. You will coordinate pursuit teams, ensure brand adherence, and edit content for clarity and impact. Strong writing and design sensibilities are essential, with experience in AEC proposals and Adobe CC.

The role emphasizes collaboration, deadlines, and producing high-quality deliverables that resonate with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business or related field or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of proposal and presentation planning and coordination, page layout, drafting tailored proposal content, graphics development, and editing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with emphasis on persuasive writing and presentation ability.
• Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.); proficient in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of pursuits: team coordination, messaging, formatting, proofreading, coordination with graphics and teaming partners, editing, quality reviews, compliance, brand adherence, and production.
• Contribute to content development for proposals and collateral under supervision.
• Support action planning and progress tracking.
• Research best qualifications and competitor information to strengthen proposals.
