Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Senior Proposal Coordinator to support our Disaster Recovery Unit’s development of compliant, high-quality proposals, while integrating AI, automation, and standardized workflows into the proposal lifecycle.

You will lead complex proposals from kickoff through final submission, coordinating across technical and business development teams to ensure compelling, compliant content and strong win themes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in proposal management in professional services or related industry.
• Experience using generative AI tools for writing or research.
• Proven success leading large, complex proposals with aggressive schedules.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Understanding of proposal strategy and client evaluation processes.
• Experience creating proposal graphics using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex proposals from kickoff through final submission with cross-functional teams.
• Manage multiple concurrent proposals across diverse practice areas.
• Develop schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and production plans; run kickoff and color-team reviews.
• Collaborate with Practice Managers, SMEs, and BD leads on winning themes and messaging.
• Use AI tools and automation to analyze solicitations, identify requirements, risks, and clarifications.
• Review AI-generated content for compliance and quality against sources and standards.
• Create proposal graphics, diagrams, and visuals enhancing readability.
• Lead QA, production, and delivery; mentor junior staff on best practices.
