Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Proposal Senior Coordinator to support its Marketing Department in a hybrid role across multiple offices in the United States. This position requires 2-3 days per week onsite and offers a dynamic environment for coordinating RFP responses and proposal content.

You will work with internal teams to develop compelling bid themes, edit final documents, and implement AI tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of submissions while building strong client-facing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of proposal experience (RFP Government and/or Advisory experience preferred).
• Knowledge and experience using proposal software (Qvidian, Templafy, Storydoc).
• Experience with AI in the proposal process.

Responsibilities

• Planning, strategizing, and executing proposal documents and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses for prospects and clients.
• Experience incorporating the latest technologies, inclusive of AI, to enhance the proposal process (Claude, ChatGPT) and increase efficiency.
• Drafting proposal responses based on insight from prospect meetings and RFP requirements.
• Collaborating with internal team members on proposal win themes.
• Editing and compiling the final proposal documents and preparing for submission, delivery, and tracking.
• Organizing and maintaining databases of proposal content, including firm statistics, services, industry experience, case studies, and data.
• Working with operations, technical, and service area SMEs to gather information for proposals.
• Translating technical material into content accessible for varied audiences.
• Developing prospect meeting presentations, booklets, and marketing collateral.
• Recording proposals in process in the proposals pipeline.
• Communicating obstacles or concerns to supervisor.
