The role integrates AI tools, automation, and standardized workflows throughout the proposal lifecycle, while coordinating across technical and business development teams to ensure compliant and compelling submissions. Applicants should have strong writing and editing skills, extensive proposal management experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative

• Experience turning complex technical content into persuasive proposals.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple proposals, deadlines, and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of complex proposals from kickoff to submission with cross-functional teams.
• Develop technical approaches, win themes, and client-focused messaging.
• Use AI tools to analyze solicitations, identify requirements, and streamline workflow.
• Oversee quality assurance, formatting, and final delivery of proposals, including AI-assisted content.
• Mentor junior staff and improve proposal processes, templates, and knowledge resources.
