Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Senior Proposal Coordinator to lead the creation of compliant, client-focused proposals and to integrate AI and automation across the proposal lifecycle. The role blends writing, editing, and quality control with skilled use of approved AI tools.

Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, developing win themes, and ensuring high-quality, on-time submissions. This is a full-time remote position within the United States.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in proposal management or related field.
• Experience using generative AI tools professionally.
• Proven success leading large, complex proposals with tight schedules.
• Excellent writing and editing, with ability to synthesize input.
• Strong proposal strategy, client evaluation processes, and persuasive writing.
• Experience creating proposal graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complex proposals from kickoff to submission.
• Coordinate schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and reviews.
• Collaborate with PMs, SMEs, and BD to craft win themes.
• Use AI tools to analyze solicitations and streamline content.
• Ensure quality, branding, formatting, and compliance.
