Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Senior Proposal Coordinator for our Disaster Recovery unit, focusing on compliant, high-quality proposals while integrating AI, automation, and standardized workflows. The role blends writing, editing, quality control, and AI tool management across the proposal lifecycle.

The position is full-time and remote within the United States, with responsibilities spanning kickoff through final submission, color-team reviews, and production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five (5) years of proposal management or related experience.
• Experience using generative AI tools in a professional setting.
• Proven success leading complex proposals with aggressive schedules.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of proposal strategy and persuasive business writing.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex proposals from kickoff to final submission with cross-team collaboration.
• Manage multiple proposals across diverse practice areas and timelines.
• Develop schedules, compliance matrices, and production plans; run kickoff and reviews.
• Collaborate with PMs, SMEs, and BD to craft win themes and client messaging.
• Use AI tools to analyze solicitations, identify requirements, and streamline content.
• Create AI prompts and validate AI-generated content against requirements.
• Provide strategic input to improve approaches and tailor content to clients.
• Develop proposal graphics, diagrams, timelines, and visuals.
• Ensure QA, production, and delivery quality, including AI-assisted proposals.
• Mentor junior staff and share proposal management best practices.
