Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a senior Strategic Growth leader to drive executive engagements and shape DoD capture opportunities from concept through funded prototypes and programs of record.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, capture, and operations, manage technical and programmatic vision, and ensure alignment with schedules, costs, and risks across divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical or Software engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven development and growth leader with capture and sales experience in DoD or commercial programs.
• Knowledge of full product lifecycle from concept to fielding and sustainment.
• High-energy, high-ownership leader with ability to operate in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with experience briefing senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of DoD/IC/Commercial programs, platforms, and payloads.
• Minimum 10 years of experience or relevant systems engineering and growth support.
• Travel 25% to customer sites and test sites.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and sustain executive-level engagements with customers and lead response strategy for RFIs, RFPs, and proposals.
• Lead technical and programmatic opportunities in shaping, capture, and design stages of growth opportunities.
• Develop and manage cross-business collaborations to unlock use cases and markets.
• Manage system and subsystem design, including requirements, trades, and risk management.
• Own the technical and programmatic success of strategic growth opportunities and communicate vision across teams.
• Set up trade analyses for early conceptual designs with technical and growth teams.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to enable prototype fabrication and scale to full-rate production.
• Work with senior leadership to ensure adequate resource plans.
