Job summary

Maritz is seeking a Sr. Proposal Specialist to lead the creation and delivery of pitches and proposals for new business opportunities.

You will work with subject matter experts to craft compelling responses, manage timelines, and ensure quality across all proposal materials. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and five years of persuasive writing and presentation experience, with strong skills in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Loopio, HubSpot and Adobe tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, communications or Marketing or equivalent education or experience.
• Five years’ experience writing, creating and strategizing persuasive written and verbal sales presentations required.
• Proficiency in a wide range of computer software including advanced level Microsoft Office Suites (Word and Excel), Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional proposals: manage pitches, responses, and timelines; develop documents and templates; ensure timely submission.
• Keep response library current, index assets in SharePoint, and provide best practices for proposals.
• Stay updated on our knowledge of business, market value, client needs and capabilities to inform winning pitches.
