Atlas is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to shape how we win complex, high‑value opportunities by uniting technical experts, business development leaders, executives and partners around compelling proposals.

As part of a collaborative national team, you will apply strategic thinking, persuasive writing, and strong proposal management skills to deliver compliant, cohesive submissions that demonstrate Atlas value and capabilities across infrastructure and communities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in proposal management in the AEC industry, with 3+ years in a senior/leadership role.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign).
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes and compliance.
• Proficiency in proposal management tools and familiarity with AEC standards.
• Expertise in complex proposal strategies, including alternative delivery methods.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic proposals, including design-build and alternative delivery projects.
• Collaborate with BD and leadership to develop win themes and strategies.
• Write, edit, and tailor proposal content for client criteria and branding.
• Maintain a library of reusable content and ensure consistency with standards.
• Mentor proposal staff and drive process improvements.
• Oversee proposal reviews for quality, compliance, and creativity.
• Engage executives with status updates on major pursuits.
• Identify best practices, tools, and templates to improve efficiency.
• Develop relationships with teaming partners and subcontractors.
• Research clients, competitors, and industry trends.
• Facilitate debriefs and lessons learned after submissions.
