Job summary

Maritz is seeking a Proposal Manager for a hybrid role based in Fenton, MO. You will coordinate a cross-functional team to produce persuasive proposals, manage responses to RFPs and renewals, and develop selling documents and cost information.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and five years of experience in persuasive sales communications, with proficiency in Word, Excel and SharePoint. Knowledge of loyalty programs is a plus, and you will work with Loopio and HubSpot tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, communications or Marketing or equivalent education or experience.
• Five years’ experience writing, creating and strategizing persuasive written and verbal sales presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Word and Excel), Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of loyalty and incentives preferred.
• Experience with technology tools – Loopio (or other proposal building software), Hubspot and SharePoint.
• Professional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to function as a project manager on multiple simultaneous proposal projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional proposals, meet demand for presentation, pitch and proposal requests and manage delivery timelines.
• Keep response library and SharePoint resources current, index and share key proposals and templates; provide best practices guidance.
• Stay connected with knowledge of the business, market needs and capabilities; build relationships across the organization to enable information gathering.
