Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corporation seeks a Staff Proposal Analyst to lead cost analysis for major pursuits in the Air Dominance Division. This on-site role shapes methodology, performs valuations, and sets the analytical standard for proposals from pre‑RFP positioning through final recommendations.

You will brief executives, partner with capture and finance teams, and mentor junior analysts while upholding FAR/DFARS standards and security clearances. Relocation and clearance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12 years or Master’s degree and 10 years of professional experience in pricing/estimating/finance or related field.
• Experience leading analytical work on large, complex proposals or long-cycle programs.
• Active US Government Secret clearance or higher; ability to obtain Top Secret/SAP if required.
• Strong analytical fluency and Excel modeling; familiarity with FAR/DFARS.

Responsibilities

• Shape the analytical approach for the unit’s significant pursuits from pre‑RFP positioning through final recommendations.
• Lead executive‑level reviews of analytical work with capture, program, and finance leadership.
• Present analyses at senior reviews and briefs to executives; drive tooling and methodology improvements.
• Mentor senior analysts and set the technical standards for cost analysis.
