Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector is hiring a Proposal Analyst – Level 3 in Redondo Beach, CA. This 100% onsite role involves leading cost/price volumes, preparing proposals, and advising senior leadership on cost risks.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s with 5 years (or advanced degrees with fewer years) in Pricing/Estimating or related fields, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Top-Secret clearance. Salary ranges are provided with bonuses potential.

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years in Pricing & Estimating, Proposals, or Business Management.
• Master’s degree with 3 years in Pricing & Estimating, Proposals, or Business Management.
• PhD with 1 year in Pricing & Estimating, Proposals, or Business Management.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop ECPs and cost/price volumes from multi-functional departments.
• Generate cost proposals per RFP and FAR policies.
• Create and present cost reviews and advise senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance to Estimating System and disclosed practices.
• Participate in customer fact-finding meetings.
• Lead ROMS, BPEs, and should-cost and pricing reviews.
• Lead and support DCAA audit reviews for proposals.
• Represent pricing in contract negotiations and advise leadership on cost and risk.
