Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience for Level 3; 8 years for Level 4.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develops GSC cost estimates for procurement and subcontract.
• Prices a consolidated bill of material (CBOM).
• Evaluates supplier quotations/proposals for adjustments.
• Participates in contract negotiating teams.
