Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Proposal Analyst in Palmdale, CA, to act as the senior technical voice on cost analysis within the Air Dominance Division. You will shape methodologies, lead pricing outcomes, and mentor junior analysts while collaborating with capture, program management, and finance teams.

100% onsite in Palmdale, San Diego, or El Segundo is expected with a focus on complex, long‑cycle aerospace programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree plus extensive pricing/estimating experience.
• Active US Government Secret clearance required or higher.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel modeling and government acquisition knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Shape the analytical approach for significant pursuits from pre-RFP to final recommendation.
• Lead cost modeling, risk-adjusted positioning, and benchmarking across the unit.
• Present analyses at executive reviews and brief senior leaders.
