Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of data analysis or estimating experience for Level 2.
• Master's degree with 3+ years of data analysis/estimating for Level 3.
• Understanding of FARs and DFARs; DoD contracting experience.
• Proficient in Excel; able to obtain/maintain security clearance.
• Experience with BOE, cost models and should-cost/pricing reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develops, plans and schedules proposals in line with RFP specs.
• Compiles cost, schedule and technical elements for proposals.
• Coordinates collection of data from functional departments.
• Researches historical data and develops cost models to support proposals.
• Participates in fact-finding meetings and pricing reviews.
• Acts as a member of the contract negotiating team.
