Qualifications

• Must interpret and present complex data.
• Strong understanding of project management and cost estimation principles.
• Experience with developing and analyzing Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
• Proficiency with cost estimating tools such as ProPricer.
• MS Office proficiency including advanced Excel features.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to the Aerostructure Business unit as a bids evaluator and developer.
• Lead or support proposal activities with cross-functional teams.
• Develop, plan and schedule proposals and coordinate cost, schedule, and technical elements.
• Participate in fact-finding and should-cost/pricing reviews with management and customers.
• Contribute as a member of the contract negotiating team.
