Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of proposals experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to negotiate and solve problems.
• Experience reviewing, understanding, and responding to RFPs; cost modeling expertise.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, develop, review and submit proposals that reflect strategy and baseline while limiting non-compliances.
• Collaborate to compile cost, schedule, and technical elements per RFP requirements.
• Lead or support proposal activities with diverse teams and ensure timely submissions.
