Northrop Grumman is seeking a candidate to lead and support proposal activities for diverse teams, from receipt of an RFP through contract award. You will help summarize and present proposal information in reviews and customer meetings.

The role emphasizes cost analysis, pricing, and developing automation tools and Agile approaches for the Pricing and Estimating team to minimize admin tasks and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree.
• Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Proposal, pricing, supply chain or finance experience.
• Experience working with MS Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Comprehensive review of all elements of cost including direct labor, material, Other Direct Cost and indirect costs to ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and Northrop Grumman procedures.
• Establish fair and reasonable cost analysis positions and negotiation ranges - including completion of supplier proposal compliance review.
• Develops, plans and schedules proposals.
• Compiles cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications.
• Coordinates the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments.
• Researches and analyzes historical data, develops cost models to support proposal efforts.
• Coordinates activities and participates in fact‑finding meetings.
• Participates as a member of the contract negotiating team.
