Northrop Grumman Space Sector is seeking a Proposal Analyst – Level 3 or Level 4, onsite in Dulles, VA. You will support proposal development, cost estimating and pricing analyses per RFP specifications.

You will coordinate with Sales/Marketing, Business Development and Finance to position product portfolios, develop cost models, and participate in cost and pricing reviews. A Top Secret clearance is required at time of application.

• Requires active U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance at time of application
• Experience in proposal/pricing activities
• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Develops, evaluates and implements pricing strategies and models based on market dynamics
• Conducts research and competitive pricing analysis
• Monitors competitive environment to protect company reputation and customer satisfaction

• Creates and maintains pricing databases and coordinates implementation of pricing proposals
