Northrop Grumman in Rancho Bernardo, California is seeking a Level 2 or Level 3 Proposal Analyst to join our team. You will lead and support proposal activities, coordinating cost, schedule, and technical elements to deliver competitive proposals.

The role requires collaboration across functions, strong Excel and Office skills, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. We offer a hybrid 9/80 schedule, diverse projects, and a supportive work environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years data analysis or estimating experience OR a Master's Degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Able to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years data analysis and estimating experience OR a Master's Degree with 3 years of stated experience
• Must have understanding of FARs and DFARs
• Must have experience with DoD contracting
• Proficient using ProPricer
• Experience with Excel Pivot Tables, VBA coding and Macros
• Experience conducting cost analysis and risk modeling

Responsabilidades

• Lead/provide support for proposal activities (Firm Proposals, ROMs, pricing exercises) to meet program goals
• Coordinate collection of cost, schedule and technical elements from functional departments
• Develop cost models to support proposal efforts
• Research historical data and create cost estimates
• Participate in fact-finding meetings
• Contribute to should-cost and pricing reviews with management and customers
• Participate as a member of the contract negotiating team
