• Review third-party vendor pricing, scope of work and invoices.
• Provide technical support to service technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and repair.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and timely resolution of requests.
• Manage semi-annual home inspections and Housing Choice Program compliance.
