Residential One is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of the community portfolio. You will supervise leasing, maintenance, and staff, ensuring occupancy targets, compliance, and strong customer service.

The role requires budget discipline, timely reporting, and leadership across multiple sites. You'll work under the Regional Director, develop efficient policies, and mentor staff to achieve financial and operational goals while preserving asset quality and resident

Qualifications

• Requires High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and time management skills required.
• Strong customer service and sales skills expected.
• Ability to multitask and keep property needs organized across sites.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Regional Director and informs on daily performance.
• Provides support and direction to Property Manager and staff training.
• Maintains clean, professional office; enforces policy and compliance.
• supervises leasing and occupancy efforts to meet goals.
• Prepares budgets, analyzes variances, and explains financials in writing.
• Oversees maintenance, bids, and vendor management within budget.
• Ensures timely reports, audits, and compliance with affordable housing rules.
• Conducts staff performance reviews and coaching.
