Job summary

Quantum Residential is seeking a Property Manager to oversee on-site staff and multiple communities, ensuring asset integrity and maximizing returns. You will supervise leasing, maintenance, and administrative functions while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

You will lead budgeting, financial reporting, and policy compliance, while dedicating time to market knowledge and community relations to optimize occupancy and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or work-related experience equivalent.
• 5 years’ relevant multifamily housing experience.
• 5 years’ experience managing staff.
• 5 years’ experience in customer service.
• 3 year of experience with tax credit (if applicable to portfolio).
• Experience managing multiple properties preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the physical asset and supervises on-site staff and contractors.
• Oversees marketing and leasing activities and analyzes market conditions.
• Reviews financial reports and approves expenditures per policy.
• Handles admin tasks and ensures policy compliance across sites.
• Interacts with external professionals and maintains property records.
• Allocates time for market knowledge and community relations.
