Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a large residential asset or portfolio. You will steward budgets, drive occupancy and revenue, and lead an on-site team to deliver outstanding resident service.

This role requires strategic thinking, vendor negotiation, compliance with Fair Housing and affordable housing programs, and mentoring of Property Managers across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, real estate, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive residential property management experience.
• Experience managing large assets or multi-property portfolios.
• Affordable housing compliance experience preferred; required for HUD/Section 8 assets.
• Professional designations such as CPM, ARM, CAM or CAPS; Florida license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns the annual operating budget and defends assumptions to ownership.
• Reviews monthly statements and implements corrective actions.
• Directs leasing, occupancy, and revenue strategy.
• Manages maintenance and capital improvement plans.
• Mentors Property Managers and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Oversees vendor contracts and on-site teams.
