ResiHome is seeking a field-based property manager to oversee property and team management in a designated market. You will interact with residents early, ensuring top-notch customer service from day one.

Responsibilities include resolving maintenance issues, maximizing revenue, and meeting financial goals while complying with housing and regulatory laws. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience in Property Management or related field.
• Active real estate license in the state of placement is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent in a related field (preferred).
• Professional, energetic, and positive demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Aptitude for managing multiple daily tasks and longer-term strategic projects; prioritizing and meeting timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee property and team management functions in a designated market.
• Handle resident issues/concerns, including maintenance, to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Maximize revenue and minimize expenses while achieving financial goals for homes in the assigned market.
• Resolve past-due balances for assigned residents.
• Achieve renewals and rent escalations as possible.
• Follow Fair Housing, FCRA, ADA, and other pertinent laws.
• Provide outstanding customer service during move-in/move-out and field requests.
• Coordinate with the compliance team regarding HOA/Code enforcement communications.
• Other duties as assigned.
