Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Property Associate to advance property operations and serve as a liaison between tenants, property managers, vendors, and stakeholders. You will lead specialized projects, mentor teammates, and support lease administration while maintaining tenant relations and delivering superior service.

The role emphasizes on-site duties, data entry, financial reporting, and coordination of maintenance activities, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic commercial real estate team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience with Yardi, Kardin and/or MRI property management software.
• 2-3 years of work experience in an office environment, preferably in commercial real estate or property management.
• 2-3 years of work experience in a customer service or customer-facing position.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent organizational skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants by responding to inquiries, processing service requests, and coordinating maintenance resolutions.
• Support property management administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of property records/databases.
• Oversee financial operations including AP/AR processing, budget variance analysis, and monthly financial reporting.
