Qualifications

  • 3+ years of commercial property management experience with tenant relations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
  • Real estate license required within six months of hire date.
  • Proficiency in Yardi, MRI and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee property operations, budgeting, financial reporting and variance analysis.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants and coordinate maintenance and capital improvements.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, budgets and market analyses for owners.
  • Manage lease administration including renewals and TI coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety and environmental standards.

What this job involves:

As a Property Manager at JLL, you will provide leadership to your team and outstanding customer service to your clients, while managing an Office building or portfolio. You are responsible for all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction. As the lead professional, you will also be responsible for preparing budgets and financial reports, managing Tenant Improvements and/or capital improvement projects, and developing your staff.

You are responsible for all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction. As the lead professional, you will also be responsible for preparing budgets and financial reports, managing Tenant Improvements and/or capital improvement projects, and developing your staff.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Oversee comprehensive property operations including budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis to ensure optimal performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs promptly and proactively to enhance satisfaction and retention
  • Coordinate maintenance activities, capital improvements, and vendor management to maintain high property standards and operational efficiency
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, budget forecasts, and market analyses to support strategic decision-making for property owners
  • Manage lease administration processes including renewals, amendments, and tenant improvement coordination
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements while maintaining comprehensive documentation
  • All other tasks which may be required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operations

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
  • Real estate license required within six (6) months of hire date
  • 3+ years of commercial property management experience with demonstrated success in tenant relations
  • 3+ years of experience in budget development, financial analysis, variance reporting and CAM reconciliations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Proficiency in Yardi, MRI and Excel

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing Class A office buildings, retail centers, or mixed-use developments
  • Background in capital project management and construction oversight
  • Demonstrated experience with sustainability initiatives and LEED-certified properties
